- When an applicant transitions to a new hire/employee status, the system captures the start date for integration into Rockerbox’s credit calculation process.
4. WOTC Credit Data Feedback
- Credit Data Push:
- Rockerbox will push WOTC credit data back into the host system to reflect accumulated tax credits for WOTC-eligible hires.
- This information will be displayed in both the new hire profiles and the dashboard/reporting sections, providing end-clients with actionable insights.
